Due to growth in our greenfield developments across VIC, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Assistant to join our Development team.

You will be responsible for undertaking project and development administrative tasks and stakeholder assistance associated with the construction of new communities. You will also assist with items such as quality checking, reporting and other general building administrative tasks. This role sits within the Development team but includes interfacing regularly with both the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the Development team with administrative tasks to achieve home settlements in line with business targets.
- General project administrative tasks to support the design, construction and handover process of homes, community facilities and civil estate works.
- Assist with CRM data input and updates relevant to home status.
- Compilation and update of project summary reports.
- Recording, compilation and distribution of Meeting Minutes.
- Assist with practical completion/defect inspections and homeowner inspections, including maintenance inspections and assist in management of close out of the items.
- Assist with development finance administrative tasks including preparation of CAPEX requests, pricing assessments and reviews.

**About You**
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Property Economics, Construction Management or other relevant build environment discipline
- An interest in manufactured housing estates and the land lease community model.
- High level analytical, organisation, and data management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Current full Australian drivers' licence
