**_ Responsibilities:_**
- The Contract Support Officer is responsible for Project Contract Administration Management, Processing and recording Project Variations in accordance with the head contract and subcontracts. This position will report to the Operations Manager._
- Assisting project set-up
- Register and oversee incoming/outgoing customer correspondence
- Assist in identifying upstream variations and prepare data and supporting evidence
- Promote the importance of financial and contractual management of the Projects
- Support the Project Team in the identification and addressing of commercial risks
- Routinely perform project financial reviews
- Support the monitoring of costs of the project by reviewing monthly financial forecasts against the actual costs, recommending adjustments for variations in costs and future expenses.
- Support project cost to complete development and provide input into reviews throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Preparation of tender documentation and packages
- Raise Purchase Requisitions from quotes & send Purchase Orders
**_ Required Skills / Experience / Attributes:_**
- Australian citizenship
- Tertiary qualification in contract management or equivalent
- Experience in cost control and project reporting
- Advanced knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office
- Collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing multiple tasks/projects
