As a Store Manager at Laser Clinics Australia, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of a high-performing clinic. Your primary focus will be driving a passionate team of Beauty Therapists to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Role
In this role, you will guide and support the team in helping clients achieve their own version of FEELING GOOD by:
* Leading by example: motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered
* Operational excellence: oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage
* Client experience: deliver our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) to exceed client expectations and be the one they rave about!
* Business growth: drive clinic profitability and expansion, igniting a sense of WICKED ambition.
We'd Feel ELECTRIC If You Have
* Proven leadership and team management skills with experience driving sales / business results and managing labour for a fast paces business
* Demonstrated experience in operating a high performing market leading location with an emphasis on driving sales / revenue results
* Proven experience in managing appointment bookings and handling phone and email enquiries
* Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry
* Demonstrated ability driving a culture of high performance and managing day to day employee relations matters
* Experience being a true coach to team members, developing our team and growing them to take the next step in their beauty industry careers
* A singular focus on delivering excellent client service and results
* Experience in dental, optical, spas, hotels, clinical, or cosmetic aesthetics environments is preferred
