The South West Local Health Service Network (SW LHSN) is seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Support Officer (ASO) to join the Network team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the network by providing high-quality administrative support to the Director, project leads and Network staff.
Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, preparing documents, and delivering professional secretarial support. Position overview
- Employment Type: Full-time (80 hours per fortnight with a monthly ADO)
- Network funded position until June 2028
- Location: Warrnambool Campus (negotiable)
- Classification: Administration Support Officer Grade 2
- Salary Range: $73,811.92 pro rata, plus superannuation
What you bring
- Minimum Four years' experience in administration support
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexibly, independently, and as part of a team in sensitive environments
- Experience coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes
- High level of tact, discretion, and judgment when handling sensitive matters
- Proficiency in office systems and ICT applications with strong attention to detail
