About the Role

This is a unique, hybrid role combining high-level executive support, office management, and light business operations. You'll work closely with the Managing Director and senior valuers to streamline workflows, manage the office environment, and support business-critical functions like HR & Compliance.

* Assist with onboarding of valuers and admin staff, including IT setup and induction packs
* Manage HR-related tasks such as employee records, leave tracking, and compliance with workplace policies

* Monitor job tracking systems (e.g. ValEx) and ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency
* Help identify and implement process improvements across the business
* Support key business projects and initiatives, helping manage timelines, resources and deliverables

About You

* High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confidence with picking up external systems (such as ValEx)
* A proactive, no-task-too-small attitude and strong professional discretion
* Prior experience supporting compliance, HR, or finance processes is a plus

Why Join Us?
