Multi-Skilled Labourer – Civil We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Labourer – Civil to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality construction and maintenance works on Council roads, drainage systems, and civil infrastructure.

About the Role:You will play a key role in ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards while contributing to a collaborative team environment. In this role you will:Prepare and clear worksites for civil construction and infrastructure projects

Undertake maintenance and construction of roads, drainage, and associated civil assets

Perform earthworks, concreting, asphalt works, formwork, and pipe laying

Operate small plant and equipment (e.g., compactors, rollers) safely and efficiently

Operate rigid motor vehicles (up to 15 tonnes GVM)Implement and manage traffic control procedures to ensure public and worker safety

Read and interpret construction plans and accurately record \"as constructed\" data

Maintain strong adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards

What you'll bring:To be successful in this role, you will:Certificate III in Civil Construction and/or 5–10 years' recent industry experience with experience in working with asphalt, concrete and formwork including pipe laying. Traffic Management Accreditation (RIIWHS205E – Control Traffic with Stop/Slow Bat and RIIWHS302E – Implement Traffic Management Plans)Medium Rigid (MR) Driver's LicenceWhite Card (Construction Induction)Strong experience operating small plant and equipment for road maintenance

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative

Good literacy, communication, and interpersonal skills
