About the Role
This role is responsible for the development of key accounts and stakeholder relationships designed to create commercial opportunities by managing and growing strategic commercial partnerships in a planned and coordinated way, supporting their business objectives and the achievement of Worldpay for Platforms business goals.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, developing, and executing payment adoption strategies to optimize partner's payment revenues through growing transaction volume and revenue over the medium to long term.
- Ensures the retention, growth, and customer satisfaction of merchant accounts and partnerships.
- Promote Platforms suite of products and develop propositions to drive adoption of these products, expanding Platforms network to win, build, and launch new partnerships while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and enhance competitive edge in the market.
- Oversee efficient approval and implementation processes, including regulatory and risk requirements, growth initiatives including value-added services.
- Work towards mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of partnerships to senior leaders.
- Lead internal deal teams to integrate and commercialize solutions.
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting on plan performance, including the development of strategic account plans for partners, working in collaboration with other parts of the Worldpay business globally to ensure success.
- Own the remediation of partners' cases with the support of our customer success team.
- Contribute to the overall strategy by providing and championing partner feedback to support improvement.
- Utilize Salesforce to administer your account management process.
- Provide financial analyses, long-range forecasting, and analysis studies associated with allocated partnerships.
- Monitors programs to assess the sales impact of offered solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the partnership.
- Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain accounts and block competitor advancement.
- This role is required to work with different teams across different geographies and time zones to deliver business outcomes. As such, the role may be required to work or remain contactable outside regular hours due to different time zones at times.
