CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Account Manager / Sales Representative to join a growing team in Darwin, NT .
This is a dynamic, dual-role opportunity combining counter sales with on-site estimating and account management. You'll be working with both walk-in clients and long-term customers in the construction sector, offering quality service and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a core customer base while handling new and walk-in enquiries
* Provide sales advice, generate quotes, and conduct field estimating
* Build strong client relationships based on trust and service
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate supply and support
* Represent the business with professionalism and integrity
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Solid background in the construction industry or trade sales
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in quoting, estimating, or field sales is highly regarded
* Honest, solutions-focused, and confident in customer engagement
* Well-organised, self-motivated, and reliable
* Current driver’s licence
