**About the role**

Northern NSW LHD is seeking an Oral Health Quality and Complaints Manager to Coordinate the National Standards Accreditation process for the Oral Health Service and providing direction to all staff including Managers and Network Coordinators to achieve accreditation standards.

Providing leadership which positively influences clinical practice changes in relation to the provision of high-quality health care. Fostering and developing a culture of continuous quality improvement and innovative practice across sites and services within the Service.

Coordinating Oral Health's complaint and incident management processes as per Northern NSW Local Health Districts (NNSWLHD) policies and procedures.
