We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and professional Customer Field Service Team Member to join our team in a client-facing, field-based role. This position plays an important part in supporting veterinary clinics and families with care, respect, and dignity during sensitive circumstances.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing respectful and efficient collection and delivery services between veterinary clinics and client homes. You will ensure all interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail, while maintaining accurate documentation and high operational standards.

This role also includes handling client payments, supporting clinic operations, and contributing to overall team performance through collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities
* Collect pets from veterinary clinics in a timely and professional manner
* Perform home collections with sensitivity, respect, and clear communication with clients
* Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately according to client instructions
* Deliver ashes to clients with dignity and care
* Transport and deliver supplies such as brochures and body bags to veterinary clinics
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of veterinary freezer facilities
* Process client payments including cash, cheque, and credit card transactions
* Attend team meetings and company briefings as required
* Represent the organisation professionally at all times in both clinic and client settings
About You

We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, empathetic, and dependable, with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service.

Essential Requirements
* Current C Class driver's licence
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or client-facing role
* Ability to remain professional, positive, and composed in sensitive or high-pressure situations
