The Opportunity
This is a hands‐on marketing role focused on driving customer engagement through events, activations and targeted campaigns. You will take ownership of the marketing plan and execution, particularly across peak trading periods and seasonal campaigns.
You'll be stepping into a well‐established northern suburbs retail precinct, supported by a stable tenancy mix and strong local trade. The asset is actively managed, with a clear focus on maintaining customer engagement through targeted marketing and activation.
You'll be joining a well‐structured team led by an experienced Centre Manager who provides clear direction, support and the space to deliver.
Flexibility is built into the role, with the option to work either 4 days per week or full‐time.
Position Responsibilities Include
* Preparation of the marketing plan, budgets and development of strategies.
* Maintain good working relationships with retailers, media and customers.
* Creation of innovative activations with a focus on community engagement.
* Produce and distribute a monthly newsletter.
* Monitoring payments of accounts ensuring creditors pay in a timely manner.
* General administration duties.
About You
* Experience in retail marketing, shopping centres or property preferred
* Strong background in campaigns, events and activations
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident working with retailers and external stakeholders
* Self‐sufficient and comfortable in a structured environment.
