Mental Health Support Specialist
As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role supporting our services. You'll be responsible for managing operational systems, tools, and procedures to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Main Responsibilities:
* System Development: Assist in developing and improving operational systems, tools, and procedures—particularly around referrals, payments, and capacity monitoring.
* Referral & Payment Management: Process referrals, manage episodes of care, and coordinate the provider payment cycle.
* Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, clean data in our systems (including rediCASE), supporting compliance and quality reporting.
* Customer Support: Communicate with customers through notifications and inbox management.
* Collaborative Support: Work across teams to ensure integrated care and consistent communication.
* Continuous Improvement: Support the smooth running of our services through feedback, process review, and proactive troubleshooting.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases (rediCASE experience desirable)
* Experience with referral systems, data entry, and administrative support
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with social determinants of health and underserviced populations (a plus)
