Role Summary
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely delivery of our services.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will be responsible for scheduling work for our QLD branches.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule jobs between trucks to service various sites
* Liaise with Branch Managers and assist with daily operations
* Respond to client queries and resolve concerns or issues
* Administer bookings and optimize schedules for maximum branch profitability
About You
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong customer service orientation
* Recent experience in Construction/Building Services is highly regarded
* Sound administrative skills
* Problem-solving ability with attention to detail
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
