As part of our client's Service Delivery team, you'll be the first point of contact for technology-related issues, providing high-quality support for hardware, software, mobile devices and internal systems.
You\u2019ll work in a collaborative, ITIL-aligned environment, supporting a wide range of users and technologies.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for IT systems and services
Install, maintain and support technology systems
Perform account management (Active Directory, Exchange)
Maintain accurate records in the ITSM toolset
Support technology projects and process improvements
About You
ITIL Foundation certified or experience in an ITIL environment
Strong technical aptitude in IT support
Experience with mobile device management (iOS/Android)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
