* Provide high-level executive influence, acting as a peer to Project Sponsors and navigating roadblocks at the Board level.
* Bridge the gap between complex insurance logic and technical execution to ensure a rigorous and high-performing SDLC.
* Manage multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams with a relentless focus on quality, scalability, and speed-to-market.
* Lead the build of a new product and claims function from the ground up, ensuring solutions are market-leading and future-proof.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
* Extensive experience in the Banking or Insurance sectors with deep mastery of the insurance lifecycle (Underwriting, Claims, and Product).
