As part of this journey, they are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to lead onboarding, training, and ongoing capability development for the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement tailored enablement journeys across multiple sales roles, including for Sales ManagersDevelop and launch a product certification program for internal sales teamsConduct needs assessments and build targeted training programs focused on soft and technical sales skillsDeliver hands-on enablement sessions and training (in-person and virtual)Maintain and optimise content repositories and enablement platformsScale internal content for channel partners such as agents and resellersCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and subject matter expertsTrack and analyse enablement impact through metrics and post-training feedbackIdentify and introduce cost-effective digital learning tools and formatsDesired Skills and Attributes3+ years’ experience in a similar sales enablement or training roleBackground in B2B technology, ideally with exposure to hardware or deep techDemonstrated ability to deliver and manage enablement programs end-to-endStrong understanding of sales processes and methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC)Excellent presentation and communication skillsProficiency with Salesforce and Google WorkspaceExperience with digital content creation (videos, e-learning, podcasts)Sales enablement certification (e.g., Sales Enablement Collective, ATD) is a plusAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionWhy Join?You’ll step into a pivotal role in a company that’s scaling rapidly, offering both autonomy and the backing of a high-performing revenue operations team.
