Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Worker to support the delivery of civil infrastructure works. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with project supervisors to perform a range of duties with limited supervision.
You will be responsible for undertaking civil infrastructure construction, rehabilitation, inspection, servicing, and maintenance activities, guiding and assisting other employees as part of a work team, and planning complex work activities to achieve project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support project supervisors in delivering civil infrastructure works;
2. Undertake civil infrastructure construction, rehabilitation, inspection, servicing, and maintenance activities;
3. Guide and assist other employees as part of a work team;
4. Plan complex work activities to achieve project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A valid Queensland 'C' class driver's licence or equivalent;
* A Certificate III in Civil Construction applicable to modern transport infrastructure projects or the ability to acquire one within 36 months;
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
