**About the Company**

RFM manages approximately $2.0 billion of agricultural assets on behalf of retail and institutional investors. RFM has a depth of experience accumulated over 25 years owning, developing and operating Australian farmland, agricultural infrastructure and other assets. Sector experience includes almonds, poultry, macadamias, cattle, cropping, viticulture and water. Assets are located throughout New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Victoria.

RFM employs over 220 staff and seeks to maximise returns through its experienced management team including specialist fund managers, finance professionals, horticulturists, agronomists and other agricultural managers. **About the opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Procurement and Projects Officer to join our team at our head office in Deakin, ACT. In this role, you will provide valuable commercial support, handle procurement processes, and manage various projects for our operations team. You will work closely with the Engineering and Development Manager to ensure successful project delivery.

As the Procurement and Projects Officer, your responsibilities will include:

- Effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and cooperation.
- Providing day-to-day support to the Asset Development team in order to meet project milestones.
- Liaising with management, external contractors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to drive project delivery.
- Assisting in the preparation of expenditure approvals, tenders, contracts, budgets, and forecasts related to project delivery.
- Creating agreements, proposals, and presentations for review by senior management and the board.
- Assisting with procurement activities within the framework of procurement policies, delegations, and relevant procedures.
- Modifying existing project budgets and forecast models as needed.
- Assisting in due diligence and analysis for development initiatives
- Supporting financial reporting and forecasting for senior management and the board.
- Providing support to staff members in achieving project outcomes.
