Qualifications
You hold a degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineering and bring 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in multi-disciplinary project environments, with a strong foundation in underground mining.
Advanced safety awareness, ability to lead cross-functional teams, commercial acumen, and business development skills are essential.
Experience across engineering, procurement, and construction interfaces, excellent communication, client-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in complex projects are required.
