Behind every strong service is someone making sure the details are right. As our Data & Quality Coordinator, you’ll help ensure the Intensive Family Support Service is delivering on its purpose, meeting outcomes, and showing the impact of the work we do in the Goldfields.
About the role: This role is all about accuracy, accountability, and impact. You’ll manage data systems, prepare reports, and monitor service performance so we can be confident families are receiving the support they deserve.
You’ll work closely with the Service Manager and frontline staff, supporting continuous improvement and making sure our service is safe, effective, and aligned with community expectations. Importantly, you’ll help us tell the story of the difference this program is making — in ways that go beyond numbers to reflect culture, connection, and outcomes.
About you:
- You bring experience in data management, reporting, or community services and care about the story behind the figures.
- You’re detail-oriented and organised, but you also understand that the work is about people, not just spreadsheets.
- You value cultural knowledge and are committed to safe, respectful, and trauma-informed practice.
This position is part time, 0.4 FTE, Level 5 of the SCHADS Award. You’ll join NTP on a maximum term contract of up to 5 years, providing job security that aligns with our government funding agreement. This contract structure complies with the Fair Work Act Fixed Term Contract requirements and ensures stability for both our team and the families we support.
