We are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join our team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role involves assisting individuals with their recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness.
You will conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios, including Workers Comp, CTP, DVA, and more. Your clinical skills and knowledge will enable you to support individuals in recovering and returning to their pre-injury employment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting individuals with their recovery and return to work
* Conducting assessments and case management services
* BUILDING relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Registered Nurses, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Social Workers, or Psychologists (with relevant accreditation) who are passionate about occupational rehabilitation.
