Our services include steel structures, dryboard installation, plastering, and renovation works. We continuously strive for excellence, focusing on high-quality construction and long-term client relationships. Due to our rapid business expansion, we are now seeking a Junior or Intermediate Estimator to join our professional and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing detailed and accurate cost budgets for commercial and residential projects.
Interpreting architectural drawings and technical specifications to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Updating supplier and subcontractor quotations promptly to ensure the accuracy of forecasts and quotes.
Assisting with cost control efforts and participating in optimizing the estimation system and workflow.
Additional Responsibilities
Ability to read and understand basic architectural drawings (or willingness to learn).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness and ability to learn and use quotation and project management software.
Strong organizational, initiative, and time management skills.
Commitment to adhering to safe work practices and continuous learning of relevant WHS standards.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in budgeting or estimation within the residential construction industry.
Proficient in surveying software.
Detail-oriented and highly responsible for quality.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A proactive learner, eager to grow, and willing to embrace new challenges.
