Business Development / Key Relationship Manager

Your Duties

In this pivotal dual role, you will be the face of this PropTech across South Australia and WA. You'll be driving growth, building lasting relationships, and ensuring they become the#1 choice for real estate agencies.

Recognised as an industry expert, you'll meet with prospective customers, leverage partner and provider networks, engage with industry bodies, and deliver trusted advice and tailored solutions to your market.

Main tasks will include:

* Qualify leads and uncover customer needs with a consultative approach
* Prospect daily to identify and build new business opportunities
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations and value-based conversations
* Build relationships across the industry and attend key events
* Maintain a high-quality pipeline and report weekly on activity
* Provide valuable market, industry and competitor feedback to inform strategy
* Engage with key-accounts and conduct regular check-ins

What We're Looking For

You will enjoy working in a high-vibe, customer-centric environment, and come with:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in real estate technology sales or property management growth
* Strong prospecting and networking skills
* A passion for customer success and building trusted partnerships
* Willingness to travel as required (3-5 days per quarter max)
