The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven New Car Sales Manager to lead and motivate a passionate sales team, drive results, and uphold our strong reputation in the industry. This is a rare opportunity to join a dealership at the forefront of innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the new car sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Oversee daily operations of the new car department
Drive a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory and vehicle presentation
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans
Ensure compliance with brand and dealership standards
About You:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs
Solid understanding of dealership operations and CRM systems
