Key Account Manager - Pumps and Rotating Equipment
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (Sales/BD) Manager to drive our sales efforts and foster lasting relationships with local clients. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a proven track record in industrial pump sales, who understands the unique challenges and opportunities in the WA Region. This full-time role is based in Wangara.
What you'll be doing
Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key strategic accounts
Understand our client's business goals and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
Negotiate and secure new business
Provide regular and timely communication to clients, ensuring they are fully informed and satisfied
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, operations and finance, to deliver a seamless client experience
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within your client accounts
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and other networking activities.
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in an account management or key client relationship role, preferably within the pump industry
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships
Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
