Your role will be to provide person-centered support that enables individuals to build their skills, independence, and confidence. You will work collaboratively with our team to create customized plans that cater to each individual's unique needs and goals.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a similar role
\
* A Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support or related field
\
* An understanding of restrictive practice and its implementation
\
* Experience administering medication and providing personal care
\
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\
* Ability to work as part of a close-knit team and adapt to changing situations
\
* Proficiency in using technology to record and report on client progress
\
