About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician and supervisor to provide direct support, guidance, and mentorship to our dedicated team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the direction of our program and ensuring we maintain the highest clinical standards.
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and guidance to program staff.
* Deliver trauma-informed care to victim-survivors, especially children and adolescents.
* Promote a safe, inclusive culture that embraces diversity and lived experience.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need:
1. A tertiary qualification in Psychology or related field.
Tertiary qualification level must have 5+ years’ experience working with clients experiencing mental health challenges (Mandatory).
