The Opportunity
An experienced personal injury lawyer (WorkCover, road accident or public liability) is sought (must have minimum 2 years post admission experience). While the role is full-time, the firm is genuinely open to part-time and flexible arrangements - making this one of the most adaptable PI roles in the market.

About the Role
Conduct first appointments for personal injury matters, taking detailed instructions and providing accurate initial advice
Assess viability and manage Legal Cost Agreements where appropriate
Build strong rapport with clients to support conversion and satisfaction
Collaborate with legal practice teams to ensure smooth handovers and stay across legal updates
Embrace new technology and innovative approaches to improve processes
Mentor junior lawyers
About You
Minimum 2+ years post admission experience up to Senior Associate Lawyers in personal injury law (public liability or work/road preferred)
Strong technical capability and genuine passion for PI work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven relationship building and networking ability
Experience managing your own matters
Prior mentoring or leadership experience
