About the Role
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Mathematics Teacher to join our Senior School on a permanent full-time (1.0 FTE) basis, commencing at the beginning of the Term 2, 2026 school year.
This position offers the opportunity to teach Stage 1 and Stage 2 Methods and Specialist Mathematics to highly motivated Senior School students. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and supportive faculty committed to innovative, evidence-based teaching and learning practices.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will hold relevant tertiary teaching qualifications and have contemporary classroom experience in Mathematics, including the capacity to teach Stage 1 and 2 Methods and Specialist Mathematics. You will also demonstrate:
* Strong subject expertise and an understanding of current best practice in Mathematics education.
* A clear understanding of the Australian Curriculum, with strong literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy practices.
* A commitment to child safety, upholding the highest standards of care and wellbeing for students.
* Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage competing demands effectively.
* A collaborative approach, actively engaging with colleagues and contributing to the wider life of the school.
* Demonstrated competence against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers across the domains of professional knowledge, practice, and engagement.
