Regional Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on leader to manage our Muswellbrook branch. The ideal candidate will have a background in technical sales or branch operations and be ready to take the next step in a leadership position.
This is a varied and autonomous role with the scope to make it your own—ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of retail operations, field-based project work, and client engagement. As the regional branch manager, you will oversee the local store and junior sales staff, manage day-to-day operations, customer relationships, and quoting, and collaborate on smaller commercial projects alongside the senior sales team.
The successful candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, a practical approach to project delivery, and experience in water, pumps, irrigation, or related technical sales. Exposure to mining, agricultural, or civil markets is also highly regarded. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day branch operations, customer relationships, and junior team members
* Deliver quotes, invoicing, and product support across a diverse client base
* Collaborate on smaller commercial projects alongside the senior sales team
* Liaise with suppliers on product pricing, stock management, and lead times
* Drive branch performance in line with sales forecasts and budget goals
Ideal Background:
* Experience in water, pumps, irrigation, or related technical sales
* Exposure to mining, agricultural, or civil markets
* Strong commercial acumen and a practical approach to project delivery
* Prior experience in branch management or team leadership (preferred but not essential)
