Overview
Bring your accounts receivable expertise to a major organisation with flexible hours, hybrid working, and a supportive team environment. This is a contract opportunity until December 2025 with the possibility of extension into 2026. Based in Maroochydore, this role offers working-from-home arrangements and the opportunity to support key business operations.
Responsibilities
* Manage and follow up on outstanding premium payments.
* Maintain accurate payment and customer records, including expiry updates.
* Ensure data integrity across internal systems.
* Work with customers to establish and manage payment plans.
* Provide administrative and billing support to your direct manager.
* Work independently through allocated lists and tasks.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in accounts receivable is highly regarded.
* Ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
* Strong communication skills.
* Insurance or call centre experience is highly regarded.
* Reliable, organised, and detail focused.
