Are you passionate about leading impactful work in Family Violence and Child Wellbeing? Join Cafs, a values-driven organisation, as our Integrated Team Leader - Orange Door.
In this role, you will lead and support a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, evidence-based intake, assessment and case direction within The Orange Door. You will oversee practitioners working with victim-survivors, children, and persons using violence, ensuring a seamless and safe service system for families across the Central Highlands region.
About You
You are an experienced leader with a strong background in family violence, child and family services, or related fields. You are confident managing complex risk, guiding multidisciplinary practice, and fostering a positive, motivated team environment.
You thrive in dynamic, collaborative settings and bring strong critical thinking, professional judgement, and a genuine commitment to Cafs values of Respect, Kindness, Integrity, Innovation and Collaboration.
Skills & Attributes
* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or a related discipline in line with minimum qualification requirements (mandatory)
* Demonstrated experience in a family violence context, with leadership experience
* Ability to lead and support practitioners delivering high?quality assessments and intervention
* Strong capability in Managing People and Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
* Experience developing and maintaining effective partnerships with key stakeholders
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt approach to audience and context
