About the role
As a vital member of the Property Team you will enjoy being hands on with a wide range of residential, commercial and some industrial matters. Reporting to a Principal you will work closely with a wider team of experienced and dedicated lawyers and conveyancers, all described as being great to work with!
Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Manage residential sales and purchaser files from start to finish
* Arrange settlements via PEXA and complete Duties Online forms
* Draft correspondence, letters, contracts and statements
* Liaise with clients and other parties
* Complete contract reviews
* Associated administration tasks including opening and preparing new files, conducting searches and preparing bills

Skills and experience we'd love
* Demonstrated experience as a Conveyancing Clerk in a law firm
* Excellent time management skills
* Sound knowledge of PEXA
* Excellent inter-personal skills with a strong client service focus
* Strong attention to detail
