About the Role We’re partnering with a well-established advisory firm in Earlwood that’s entering an exciting growth phase. They’re looking for a confident and capable Office Administrator / Receptionist to be the friendly face of the business and the go-to person for keeping the office running like clockwork. This is a varied role where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients while also playing a key part in supporting the internal team. If you take pride in creating a welcoming environment, love staying organised, and enjoy working with people, this could be your perfect fit. This role is full-time, but candidates seeking 4 days a week will also be considered. An immediate start is preferred. What you’ll be doing: Welcoming clients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone Managing reception and meeting room bookings Preparing refreshments for meetings and keeping the office looking its best Scheduling and coordinating meetings for multiple team members Managing the shared email inbox and handling correspondence Organising mail and courier deliveries Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers Providing general admin support to the accounting team Maintaining client records and databases Liaising with clients to request documents or follow up outstanding information Assisting with invoicing and document collation What we’re looking for: A proactive, organised, and detail-focused professional Excellent communication skills with a warm, approachable manner Able to juggle multiple tasks without losing track Comfortable with technology (this is a paperless, cloud-based office) A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Previous experience in administration or reception within professional services is preferred (experience with Xero is a plus) Why you’ll love it here: Join a respected business with over 60 years of history and strong growth plans Work with a friendly, supportive, and high-performing team Enjoy a genuine work-life balance in a role where your contribution matters Opportunities to expand your responsibilities over time Modern, well-appointed offices in Earlwood If you’re looking for a long-term role in a professional, people-focused environment where no two days are the same we’d love to hear from you.
