Salary from AUD$94,500-$138,600 + Super + OT. The remuneration package is subject to change based on the skills, experience and relevant licence type ratings held by the applicant.
Description/Tasks
As a B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the airworthiness of our maintained fleet. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on our aircraft.
* Conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborating with a team of skilled professionals to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
* Documenting maintenance activities accurately and ensuring all records are up-to-date.
* Adhering to safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organisation.
Qualification/Experience
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Hold a valid Part 66 CASA License, International candidates are also welcome to submit their interest.
* Experience working on Q400, DCH-8 Classics, ATR 42-72, and FOKKER 70/100 aircraft is preferred but not essential
* Possess excellent technical knowledge and proficiency in aircraft systems.
* Demonstrated ability to perform maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
