The Role
The most exciting almond harvest of the year is just around the corner, and we're gearing up with multiple Machinery Operator positions now available across both our Clients Orchard in Lake Powell and Tooleybuc. If you're ready to take the wheel of cutting-edge orchard equipment and be part of a rapid-paced, energetic harvest season, we want to hear from you.
This role is based in a busy almond orchard where you'll work outdoors as part of a practical, safety-focused team. The work is fast paced and hands-on, combining machinery operation with general manual tasks throughout the harvest.
Key Responsibilities
Operating almond machinery including shakers, sweepers, bank-outs, and tractors
Assisting with general machinery tasks and manual labour as required
Following all site safety and operational procedures
Maintaining a consistent work pace across long shifts

Your Skills & Experience
Drivers Licence – Car
Experience working in an agricultural environment
Punctual, reliable, and willing to work long hours
Physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks
Previous orchard or machinery experience highly regarded
