Key Duties
* Greet clients and record intake information
* Assess needs and provide referrals to support services
* Pack and distribute food and material aid
* Data entry and basic admin tasks
* Pick up food from local partners (AV van available)
Skills & Experience Needed
* Warm, empathetic nature and strong communication skills
* Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
* Basic computer/data entry skills (helpful but not essential)
* Willingness to undergo a Working with Children Check and National History Check
* Criminal History Check

Time Required: We are seeking expressions of interest for our new Emergency Relief program in Morwell, opening in early 2026. Ongoing volunteer roles available across Monday‑Friday (program days to be confirmed), within business hours, with shifts ranging from 2‑4 hours.
Training: All volunteers will receive a thorough induction and training program.
