This reputable contractor is renowned for delivering successful commercial developments throughout the Sunshine Coast and offers long-term local work. They boast enviable projects, mostly luxury residential developments. Our client has a well-established office and site team and needs your help to complete the finishes on their South Sunshine Coast projects.
Your new role
You will form an integral part of the site management team for a multi-storey commercial project. You will be responsible for finishing trades and defect management, supporting the Site Manager throughout the full construction process. You will be responsible for overseeing all finishing trades and subcontractors, fortnightly look ahead, monitoring quality of works and ensuring the construction program is followed by the site personnel.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have experience as a Finishing Foreman on large commercial developments, ideally over $30M. An all-round ability with finishing trades will be well regarded while competent computer skills are essential. A strong work ethic and "can-do" attitude are paramount alongside the ability to be a team player by getting in, and getting things done.
