ABOUT THE ROLE: Due to the continued growth in client demand, Aston Hills Nails & Beauty is currently seeking a Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician) to join our team on a full-time (38 hours/week), ongoing basis. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and can demonstrate the following: Responsibilities & Duties: Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all clients.
Consult with clients to understand preferences and assess nail condition. Provide basic consultation on overall aesthetic presentation, including coordination of nail designs with make-up styles and occasions. Deliver high-quality nail care services, including preparation, shaping, cuticle care, and polish application.
Apply, maintain, and remove various nail enhancement systems. Perform refills, repairs, and general maintenance of nail enhancements. Carry out nail removal, overlay, and strengthening treatments.
Create customised nail designs based on client preferences. Provide specialised hand and foot treatments and spa-style services. Perform basic beauty treatments, including hair removal and tinting.
Recommend suitable services, treatments, and aftercare to clients. Always maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Assist with client bookings and maintain service records. Assist with daily cleaning and general salon maintenance. Perform other duties as reasonably required.
