The Opportunity
EMAC Joinery are seeking an individual that is detail focused, curious, and looking to grow their career in a permanent full-time position with an industry leader.
As a key member of the team, the successful individual will be actively involved in supporting the production of high-end joinery, and undertake responsibilities in various tasks including:
- Operation and hand tools
- Preparation and protection of all finished joinery ready for transport with logistics partners, for both local and interstate projects
- Support of machine shop operations
- General housekeeping and factory maintenance
- Unloading of supplier deliveries
- Direct report to Leading Hand
You will be required to manage your own time within clear targets and guidelines.
What you'll bring:
We know this is an exciting opportunity, but there are a few things we need from you:
- Industry experience is important but not mandatory as training will be provided but a willingness to learn and get involved is a MUST.
- A friendly, proactive, and professional personality with a desire to listen, understand and learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to change and a willingness to take on current challenges.
- Driver's License
