Overview
Greencross Upper Coomera isn't a big, flashy hospital. It's a small, close-knit clinic with two consult rooms, a loyal client base, and a team that genuinely looks out for each other. Our Practice Manager, Aileen, knows the clinic inside and out (you can meet her in this short video tour where she'll show you around).
We're looking for a veterinarian with a minimum of 5 years' experience who's ready to step into a leadership role. You don't need to have been a director before. What matters most is that you're confident in your clinical skills, ready to mentor others, and keen to shape how the clinic runs day to day. You'll have support from Aileen, your Area Manager (a former vet nurse who brings a wealth of experience), and a network of other Veterinary Directors nearby who are always happy to share advice.

* Step into a leadership role within the clinic and contribute to day-to-day operations.
* Mentor and support colleagues to maintain high standards of clinical care.
* Utilise available tools and resources to deliver quality patient care.
