OverviewCentral Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne.
Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
They are seeking an exceptional Engagement and Fundraising Manager part time (60 hours per fortnight) to join their organisation.ResponsibilitiesReport to the CEO and work cross-functionally to sustain and build a robust philanthropy strategy.Steward meaningful relationships to establish future fundraising growth across individual donors, bequests and other fundraising opportunities.Engage communities served by CHRH through cutting-edge and effective community engagement and fundraising initiatives.Develop a long-term sustainable funding vision that aligns with the organisation's objectives.QualificationsDemonstrated ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and significant community engagement experience.Experience – at least 3 years – in the development, delivery and evaluation of fundraising initiatives and projects.Proven experience researching and preparing grant applications through philanthropic, government and private opportunities is highly regarded.Remuneration and ApplicationAn attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant including access to generous salary packaging arrangements.For full details of the role see our website at contact Mr John Cross on 0417 332 598 for a confidential discussion.
