About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Formulation & Milling Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling raw material inputs, setting up and operating formulation and milling equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
You will work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot production issues and ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will participate in process optimization initiatives to stay at the forefront of innovation.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle raw material inputs and set up formulation and milling equipment with precision and speed.
* Operate equipment with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining high standards in product quality.
* Troubleshoot production issues with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve problems quickly.
* Participate in process optimization initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A background in chemical production, FMCG manufacturing, or similar industries (preferred).
* A positive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative work culture.
* Physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods and operate production machinery safely.
