Head of Boarding Position
The successful candidate will lead a dynamic and supportive environment for senior school, international, and first nations boarding students. As the head of madjirra house, you will work collaboratively with the director and deputy director of boarding to create a fun and nurturing atmosphere.

Job Description
This permanent full-time role includes weekday, weekend, and overnight shifts during term time, with some travel associated with accompanying students to and from the boarding house. The position involves assisting in creating a safe and supportive learning environment where students can achieve their full potential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have cultural awareness and be able to communicate effectively with students and staff of all ethnic backgrounds. You should also possess excellent leadership skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
