Scaffolder Position
Erecting scaffolds is a crucial task in our operations, requiring precision and adherence to Australian Standards. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling scaffolding structures efficiently.
Key to your success will be maintaining accurate records associated with each job and conducting regular safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment. Your team members' well-being is everyone's responsibility, so you will need to contribute actively to this effort.
We operate across the Midwest region of Western Australia, providing essential services to various sectors. To thrive in this role, you must possess good communication skills and be comfortable working within a team environment.
You will be required to pass a pre-employment medical check and ongoing drug and alcohol tests. Holding relevant licenses such as the Construction Industry White Card and MSIC Licence are also necessary. Ideally, you would have experience in scaffolding erection and dismantle, plus certifications like Worksafe WA High Risk Licence - Advanced, Intermediate or Basic Scaffolding and Working at Heights.
Responsibilities:
* Erect scaffolding structures on time and according to Australian Standards.
* Contribute to planning and preparation of scaffolding activities.
* Regularly inspect scaffolding to identify potential hazards.
* Maintain detailed documentation for each job.

Requirements:
