Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Property Lawyer, based from our Corinda office. The Associate Property Lawyer will handle property transactions, conduct legal research, draft and review contracts, provide client consultations and advice, and work closely with senior lawyers to deliver comprehensive legal services. The role requires effective communication with clients, other stakeholders, and legal professionals to drive successful outcomes in property and commercial law matters.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in property law, contract drafting, and property-related legal procedures.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of property law experience is required.
* Experience in legal research, case analysis, and providing sound legal advice.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* Collaboration and teamwork abilities, as well as the capability to manage tasks independently.
* A passion for delivering tailored and meaningful legal solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
* Admission as a lawyer in Queensland and a current practising certificate.
* Familiarity with the property legislation in Queensland is essential.
