The work is a mix of local and international research, and the role will suit someone who likes to blend quant and qual insights to provide a 360 view of consumer behaviour. The business is keen to bolster its senior team and hire a talented Account Director who would relish the chance to play an active role in shaping the direction of the agency, its people and its clients. The role: Drive impactful projects blending quantitative and qualitative research, delivering insights that spark change and progress. Build deep, strategic partnerships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for business success. Help lead and inspire a talented team, sharing your expertise and elevating their careers. Innovate across methodologies and approaches, ensuring insights are both actionable and visionary. Play a key role in shaping the agency's future, from growing client relationships to crafting winning proposals and contributing to broader business strategy. The work: Scope : Exciting domestic and international projects that influence brands and shape industries. Focus : Strategic challenges like brand positioning, segmentation, pricing research, CX/UX optimization, and more. Approach : Predominantly quantitative (70%) with a strong qualitative element (30%) to create a comprehensive view of consumer behaviour. What you bring: Experience : 6/7 years in market research, with client leadership experience and a knack for strategy. Skills : Expertise in quantitative methodologies including hands on data skills, complemented by qualitative knowledge and ideally moderation experience. Leadership : A passion for mentoring, inspiring teams, and fostering collaboration. Vision : A proactive mindset with a flair for turning insights into real-world impact.
