**Job Description:**
We are seeking Personal Care Assistants to join our dedicated team. Your role will involve providing care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assisting with daily living activities such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
* Supporting residents with medication management and administration
* Maintaining accurate records of resident care
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Aged Care qualification (Certificate III or higher)
* Previous experience working in Aged Care (desirable)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Mature outlook and empathy for older adults
