As Clinical Director, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership to a diverse department encompassing general internal medicine and an array of medical subspecialties. Your role will involve ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality services that are integrated across hospital and community settings. You will also drive clinical education, mentor physician trainees, and influence long-term service planning and system improvement.

Lead and manage the Department of Medicine, including:
- General Medicine (Acute & Sub-acute)
- Intensive Care
- Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases
- Respiratory, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Geriatrics, Palliative Care, Rehabilitation
Selection Criteria:
- Fellowship with RACP or equivalent and specialist or limited AHPRA registration in General or Subspecialty Medicine.
- Demonstrated experience in senior clinical leadership within a hospital setting.
- Track record in service development, clinical governance, education, and team performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively across specialties and sites, with a strong focus on rural and regional healthcare challenges.
