ServiceNow Product Manager
We are seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it delivers maximum value by aligning capabilities with business needs, operational priorities, and compliance standards. This role serves as the single point of accountability for ServiceNow, collaborating with stakeholders, managing vendors, and leading adoption initiatives to optimise service management, automation, and user experience across the organisation.
Essential Requirements
• Proven experience in a similar ServiceNow Product Manager role
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, capabilities, and configuration best practices
• Led the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, from requirements gathering through to go-live and adoption
• Experience defining and managing ServiceNow product roadmaps, aligning platform capabilities with business priorities and IT strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent demonstrated experience, with ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is preferred
• Utilities industry experience is preferred; enterprise-level industry experience is also acceptable
